Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your enrolment in and use of the Test Automation Accelerator program operated by Hanura Next Pty Ltd (ABN 21 691 429 231, "Hanura Next", "we", "us"). By paying a deposit or enrolling in the program, you agree to these terms.

All offers, guarantees, and refund commitments described on this website or by our founder are made by, and are the responsibility of, Hanura Next Pty Ltd.

1. The Program

The Test Automation Accelerator is a live, cohort-based mentorship program delivered over approximately six weeks via weekend sessions. The program covers test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium), API testing, and AI-assisted engineering workflows. All sessions are delivered live by the founder and recorded for enrolled participants' personal reference.

2. Enrolment and Payment

  • A deposit of AUD $500 is required to secure a place in a cohort. The deposit is fully refundable if you choose not to continue after the first two weeks.
  • If you continue after the first two weeks, the deposit is applied toward your total program fee and the remaining balance becomes due.
  • Places are personal and non-transferable to other individuals.
  • Hanura Next reserves the right to decline or defer an application at its discretion.

3. Attendance

  • Sessions are delivered once per week on weekends — Saturday or Sunday, based on your availability. Each session runs for 8 hours.
  • All sessions are recorded. If you miss a session, the recording is available for your personal catch-up.
  • Attendance of at least 80% of sessions is required to qualify for the No-Regrets Bonus completion refund described in our Refund Policy.

4. Deferral

If you are unable to continue for any reason (personal circumstances, health, employment change), you may defer your enrolment to the next available cohort at no additional cost. Deferral is available once per enrolment. Notify us as soon as practicable at support@hanuranext.com.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All program materials, session recordings, and associated content are the intellectual property of Hanura Next Pty Ltd.
  • Session recordings are provided for your personal study only. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any program content.
  • Work you create during the program (code, portfolios) remains your own.

6. Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with the mentor and other cohort members. Hanura Next reserves the right to remove a participant from the program for conduct that disrupts the cohort or violates this expectation. In such cases, the balance paid beyond the deposit will not be refunded.

7. Outcomes and Liability

Hanura Next makes no guarantee of specific employment outcomes, salary outcomes, or career results. The program is designed to build real, practical automation skills — but individual results depend on effort, application, and market conditions outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Hanura Next's liability in connection with the program is limited to the amount you paid for the program.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where statutory guarantees apply, our liability is limited to resupply of the service or a refund, at our election.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued enrolment after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
