We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What We Collect
We collect personal information only when you provide it to us directly:
- Your name and email address (via the waitlist form, the contact form, or the Fit Call booking form when booking is open)
- Optional details you choose to give on the waitlist form — your city and country, your years of QA experience, and what you would like a future cohort to cover
- Information about your work situation, QA experience, and goals (via the program application steps)
- Any information you share in email correspondence with us
We do not use cookies for tracking, run advertising pixels, or collect analytics beyond basic server-level access logs.
How We Use Your Information
- To assess whether the program is a good fit for you and to contact you about your Fit Call
- To contact you about future cohorts if you joined the waitlist. You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time by emailing support@hanuranext.com, and we will delete your details
- To communicate with you during and after enrolment
- To deliver program content and session recordings to enrolled participants
- To respond to your enquiries
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate this website and program. Each processes limited personal information on our behalf, and each is based overseas (United States):
- Calendly — manages Fit Call bookings. Booking is currently paused while the current cohort is full, and will reopen with the next cohort. When you book a call, you interact with Calendly's scheduling service, subject to Calendly's Privacy Policy. We do not store your booking information independently.
- Formspree — processes submissions from our contact, waitlist, and enrolment forms and delivers them to our inbox, subject to Formspree's Privacy Policy.
By using these features, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We only use providers with their own privacy and security commitments, and we do not otherwise sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Storage and Security
Information you submit is stored securely and accessed only by the Hanura Next program team and the third-party service providers named above, solely to provide their respective services to us. We retain your information for as long as is necessary to manage your enrolment or enquiry, and for a reasonable period thereafter for our records.
Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request that we delete your information (subject to any legal retention obligations)
