Refund Policy

Effective date: 18 June 2026

Hanura Next Pty Ltd (ABN 21 691 429 231) operates the Test Automation Accelerator. This policy explains your refund entitlements clearly and without fine print.

Summary: You can leave after Month 1 with a full $500 refund. You can defer at any point for any reason. If you complete the program and aren't satisfied, you get a full refund of everything you paid.

1. The $500 Deposit — Fully Refundable After Month 1

To secure your place, you pay a $500 deposit. This deposit:

  • Is applied toward your total program fee if you continue past Month 1
  • Is fully refunded — no conditions, no questions — if you choose not to continue after completing Month 1

To request your Month 1 refund: email support@hanuranext.com before the end of your first month. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

2. Deferral — Available at Any Point, for Any Reason

If circumstances change and you cannot continue — a job change, a health issue, a family situation, anything — you may defer to the next available cohort at no additional cost. Your progress does not reset.

  • Deferral is available once per enrolment
  • Notify us as soon as practicable at support@hanuranext.com
  • If you are within Month 1 when you defer, you may choose a full deposit refund instead

3. The Completion Guarantee — Full Refund if You Do the Work and Aren't Satisfied

If you attend at least 80% of sessions, complete the assigned exercises, and at the end of the program you do not feel the program delivered what was promised — you receive a full refund of your entire program fee. No argument, no conditions beyond those two requirements.

To make a completion guarantee claim:

  • Contact us at support@hanuranext.com within 14 days of your final session
  • We may ask what we could have done better — this helps us improve, but your refund does not depend on your answer
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of confirmation

4. What Is Not Refundable

  • The program balance (paid after Month 1) is non-refundable if you discontinue during Months 2–4 without deferring to a future cohort and without meeting the completion guarantee conditions
  • No refund is available for removal from the program due to conduct that violates our Terms & Conditions

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where statutory guarantees apply and cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to resupply of the service or a refund of the amount paid, at our election.
