How It Works

The teaching approach, the P.A.C.E.R™ method, and exactly why this produces results when everything else hasn't.

A Teaching Method
You've Never
Experienced Before

Most programs teach you technologies. I teach you how to think. There is a method behind every session — a way of explaining, building, and cementing knowledge that makes it genuinely impossible to forget what you've learned.

That method is P.A.C.E.R™ — a five-step framework that starts with the problem a tool was built to solve, maps its core, connects the parts into a single mental model, encodes it to memory, then applies it to something real within 48 hours. Every session follows this sequence. By the time you've been through it once, you have a repeatable system for learning any new technology — not just the ones we cover together.

"

If you can't explain something to a first-year student, then you haven't really understood it.

— Richard Feynman

Every session is designed around this principle — and you'll feel the difference from the very first hour.

The P.A.C.E.R™ Method

Problem · Anatomy · Connections · Encode · Reach

The automation industry moves fast. Frameworks change. New tools appear. The engineers who stay valuable aren't the ones who know the most tools — they're the ones who can pick up any new technology in days, not months.

I teach you to find the core concepts hidden inside any technology. By the time you finish, you won't just know Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and API testing. You'll have a repeatable system for learning any tool you encounter for the rest of your career — fast, deeply, permanently.

P
Problem — start with the pain, not the docs Understand what hurts and why the tool exists before you touch it
A
Anatomy — map where it sits and its core Every tool has a place in the stack and a 20% core that does 80% of the work
C
Connections — see how the parts click together Knowing the pieces isn't enough; own how they form one model
E
Encode — lock it into memory Tie concepts to vivid everyday hooks and teach them back, so you recall at will
R
Reach — apply it, then extend Use it on something real within 48 hours, then push deeper as demands grow

Weekend Sessions.
You Pick the Time.

All sessions run over the weekend so you don't have to touch your working week. There are four session groups — one for each time slot — and you choose whichever fits your schedule. Each group is capped at four students, so the level of attention stays the same regardless of which group you're in.

Group A
Saturday
9:00 am
– 12:00 pm
AEST · Max 4 students
Group B
Saturday
